Fees and billing

Fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Bramwick bills in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Disbursements and third-party costs are billed separately under the terms of the engagement agreement.

Confidentiality

Bramwick's professional obligations under the Legal Profession Act 1976 impose strict duties of confidentiality with respect to client matters. Information shared prior to a formal engagement is treated with reasonable discretion but is not protected by legal professional privilege until a retainer is established.
